3. Cookie Banner
Since HEX uses only strictly necessary technical cookies for the operation of the Service, prior user consent is not required under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), the Italian Data Protection Authority Guidelines of 10 June 2021, and Art. 45c of the Swiss Telecommunications Act. Therefore, no cookie banner is displayed.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Cookies set by Google during the OAuth authentication flow are considered "strictly necessary" under applicable regulations, as they are explicitly requested by the user to access the Service. Google processes such cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling technical cookies may prevent the Service from functioning correctly, particularly authentication and navigation.
6. Tracking Technologies NOT Used
For transparency, HEX confirms that it does NOT use:
- Profiling or advertising cookies.
- Tracking pixels.
- Browser or device fingerprinting.
- Local Storage or Session Storage for tracking purposes (Local Storage is used exclusively for user interface filter preferences).
- Cross-site or cross-device tracking.
